SYNOPSIS:
An exciting opportunity to join the wider Citipointe team has opened up for a skilled administrator through our NDIS support business called CitiReach.

The clients we serve are on the NDIS and require varying levels of attention to detail and genuine heartfelt care. We help them gain skills and enjoy recreational activities, ultimately with the goal of having them live a more meaningful life, with a high quality of living and making their own important positive contribution to society.

Work will be carried out at our Head Office, located in Durack.
This position is for 36 hours per week over 4.5 days.
Key Responsibilities
The role of the CitiReach Support Officer will include providing administrative support to the Business and Operations Manager to ensure the effective and smooth running of CitiReach. You will have strong computer literacy and communication skills, including the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite of programs and applications.
Under the direction of the Business Manager, you will be required to work autonomously. You will be working with existing support coordinators and Lifestyle Coaches to develop team unity, strategic connections, and synergy within the CitiReach team and its partners.

- Administrative duties

- Meeting bookings, preparation and minute-taking
- Client file management
- Communication
- Calendar coordination
- Incident reporting
- Conduct inductions
- Policy and procedure maintenance
- Staff training
- Administrative assistance
Requirements:
- Working with Children Card
- Have or be willing to complete the NDIS Orientation Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Xero (desirable)
