The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a stable, renowned and leading independent girls’ school in Melbourne’s leafy East in a full-time, ongoing role. For the right candidate, a part-time option (four days per week) may be considered.
The Senior School Curriculum and Learning Office is a busy, dynamic environment where efficient processes and systems play a crucial role in driving our success.
This is not a front-of-house role, but provides a chance for an individual to work independently and confidently to manage and optimise a range of data-driven administrative processes. You’ll play a key part in supporting our teachers, students and Senior School Leaders, driving impactful curriculum and learning outcomes.
About You
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar role, particularly within a school or a data-focused environment such as policy, compliance, or accounting.

- Proficiency in database management and maintenance
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and plan ahead
