Job Description:
Rural Children’s Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate occupational therapist to join our team as a Telehealth Occupational Therapist. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children through play-based therapy.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct telehealth occupational therapy sessions for pediatric clients, utilizing a play-based approach and parent coaching to address various developmental and therapeutic needs.
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, goals, and strategies tailored to each client.
– Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care and progress monitoring.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
– Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all client and family interactions.
– Actively participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in paediatric occupational therapy.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
– A “can do’ attitude with a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
– Access to reliable high-speed internet and a suitable workspace for remote therapy sessions.
– Telehealth experience is desirable but not essential.
– Current AHPRA registration

The Beaufort Community Church meets Sunday 10.30am at their fully owned facility. The Lead Pastor will live in Beaufort, conducting programs and activities at (and with) the church. The ideal candidate will include spouse and children (if applicable).

- Minimum CRC Trainee Pastor Credential (can be in training)

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Community Outreach Activity – establishing and operating a weekly activity mid-week aimed at reaching young families

The 2021 census reported a population of over 365,000. We have over 300 members, covering a diverse spectrum of ages and cultures, with over 50 years of serving the Lord.

To:

· Facilitate gospel growth for the Kingdom of God.

REQUIREMENTS
· Have a deep love for God and God’s Word.
· Grounded in Scripture and prayer.
· Able to preach and teach, and ensure the preaching is gospel-centred and Christ-exalting.

· Able to delegate roles and allow individuals to use and grow their gifts.
· Have a clear understanding of CRCC’s Mission and Vision.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· To nurture the congregation in their relationship with the Lord.

· Work towards establishing a more recognized “discipleship pathway” for individual spiritual development.
· Oversee and encourage regular church-wide prayer events.
ACCOUNTABILITY
· Works with and is accountable to Church Council, attends fortnightly Church Council meetings.
· Meets weekly with the Co-Pastor, Youth Worker, Intern/s for prayer and devotions.
· Develops a suitable personal mentoring relationship in conjunction with leadership to keep in check matters of doctrine, faithfulness and character.
· Participates in an annual review against this document and other criteria as agreed. Review to be conducted by suitable leadership representatives chosen by leadership.
· The position is an appointment to the Christian Reformed Church of Casey Inc.
· Measurement indicators, below, are based on a 40-hour week. It is assumed that extra hours for personal devotions, attending worship services, leadership meetings, small group meetings etc. – are in addition, as hours given by a committed elder and gospel partner.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
A remuneration package will be in accordance with Christian Reformed Church of Australia Synodical guidelines and includes superannuation contribution, long service leave, vehicle and home allowances.
