Position Description: Youth Ministry Worker (Part-Time)
TITLE: Youth Ministry Worker
EMPLOYMENT: Part-Time (2 days per week)
ROLE: Responsible primarily to design and lead a youth ministry, focused on discipling youth, training and equipping youth leaders, and fostering a Christ-centred community for youth at BHPC. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has previous experience in youth ministry, and who has studied or is studying towards a degree in theological education, designed to equip graduates for ministry.
EFFECTIVE FROM: October 1, 2025, initially for a two year appointment, with review and the possibility of extension.

REMUNERATION: The person will be employed on the terms and conditions of the Accredited Ministry Worker of the Presbyterian Church of Queensland and will be remunerated in accordance with the determination of the Stipends Commission and the BHPC Committee of Management.
