Role Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building processes, and is motivated to help shape and grow a developing HR function. As the HR department is still relatively new, the successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes, improving systems, and supporting both our people and leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership, improve existing practices, and contribute to the continued growth of the HR department.
What you’ll be doing:
HR Operations & Oversight

Oversee HRIS management.

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including checklist maintenance.

Update employment contracts and issue HR documentation related to role changes.

Monitor and respond to HR email communications.

Manage and maintain policies and procedures (development, review, publishing).
Recruitment & Talent Support

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including:

Advertising and candidate outreach.

Scheduling and attending interviews.
-
Conducting reference checks.
-
Preparing and sending offers and employment contracts.
-
Provide other recruitment support as needed.

Culture & Engagement
-
Support with employee engagement initiatives.

Assist with coordinating company events.
General Administration:
-
Support with emails, timesheets, and meeting coordination.

Oversee internal administration processes.
-
Provide executive team support as required.
About You:
-

A motivated, hands-on HR professional with 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources.

Available 24 hours a week

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A self-starter who is eager to improve, and contribute to the development of a growing HR function.

Familiarity with HR systems (Rippling, SharePoint, MS Office Suite) is desirable but not essential.
