The Role
I’m looking for a Mini Me — a young bloke who’s hungry to learn, not afraid of the hustle, and ready to earn what he kills. This role starts in sales and outreach but gives you a front-row seat across the TenXed ecosystem.
You’ll do things like:
- Prospect and reach out to charity/community leaders (LinkedIn, email, phone).
- Book discovery calls and meetings for TenXed Consulting.
- Support content and media projects as you grow.
- Shadow client sessions to learn the consulting craft.
How You’ll Earn
- Commission only. You get paid when you generate results.
- Example: Flat rate per booked meeting + % of revenue on closed clients.
- No ceiling — the more you bring in, the more you earn.
Who We’re Looking For
- Early career / uni / gap year guy with energy and grit.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you like the idea of proving yourself.
- Teachable, loyal, and willing to learn by shadowing and doing.
- Confident communicator, comfortable picking up the phone.
