We are seeking an experienced Pastor/Director to lead our Tertiary Students Ministry (also known as “Vibe”) on a Full-time or Part-time (15.2-38 hours per week) basis.
The successful candidate will join our growing pastoral staff team based in Willetton, Perth.
The aim of the Vibe Ministry is to shepherd and disciple Tertiary Students in Christ and reach Tertiary Students for Christ through pastoral leadership, leadership development, and modelling discipleship.
The Vibe Pastor/Director will develop structures, strategies and programmes for discipleship and ensure Vibe Services and Connect Groups offer a home for tertiary students to experience God and community.
